Commissions Terms of Service

To create the best possible commission, I need to keep in contact with whomever is commissioning me so I can send updates (updates will be sent on a regular basis). I will do this in anyway the customer prefers. Whether this is done via email {[email protected]}, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

**PLEASE NOTE: by agreeing to commission me, you are agreeing to abide by my terms of service. I hold the right to accept or decline commissions

General Information:- For all commissions, I ask you to pay the full commission price up front. Commissions are not started until details are worked out and I get paid in full- Prices are in USD
- Sold artwork serve only as a collectible. This means that you are not allowed to re-sell without my explicit permission- I will do my best to get your commission to you as quickly as possible, but just know I have work. I will send updates on a regular basis and I will highly prioritize your commission- I will send the line art update before I begin coloring. Changes can be made easily at that point, but once I get the final “ok,” it’s considered official. If the client inquires any changes to the drawing itself after the sketching process, it is a $5 upcharge- I don’t specially prioritize commissions. It’s done automatically through a first come first serve basis- Consider my pricing and what I do. Though my prices are set, some things can be negotiated- I formally send digital commissions in an email if it is what the client wants

Further Rules:- PayPal is how I take payment- Please send me a detailed reference of your character. If you don’t have a reference, please be as descriptive and clear as possible- I only accept refunds within the first week of starting a commission. After that, I do not accept refunds

What I do:
- I do fanart, ocs (humans, hybrids, furries, feral animals (I can do most), fan ocs, etc.- Refer to my pricing info for deeper details
Don’t be afraid to ask- NSFW (inquiry about this specifically)

What I don’t do:
- mecha, anything I voice to be uncomfortable for me

__ Once you get my artwork:__
- You are fully allowed to post of photo of it, hang it on your wall, show it off, etc.. In fact I encourage you to do this! If you post it, just tag me!- You are not allowed to resell the artwork, trace/ copy and claim it as your own, etc.

****PLEASE NOTE: You must be 18 years or older to inquiry. Pricing for this is significantly higher than my sfw commissions because I DON’T want it to be accessible to anyone under 18. Please do not interact with this content if you are a minor

How to Inquiry:
- I ONLY take these inquiries over twitter or email- You must show a form of ID. However, you can block out/ blur out everything EXCEPT your date of birth
This is so I can confirm you are over the age of 18

General Information:
- There's an upcharge for each character- My sfw and nsfw look different. Backgrounds are kept simplistic- As stated before, I won’t draw anything I deem uncomfortable

What I deem off limits:
- Underage characters
- Non-con
- Fetish pieces I voice as uncomfortable

Pricing (per character grey-scale:
partial body: $50
three quarter/ full body: $100

Pricing (per character color):
partial body: $70
three quarter/ full body: $150
